When I was a teenager, I comforted myself with the knowledge that if I had to get old, at least I wouldn't have to deal with pimples anymore. Yeah. Still laughing about that one. I was lucky not to have a horrible experience with acne during my adolescence, but I can't say the pimples have gotten much better since then, either. In my twenties, a hot humid climate combined with the makeup I wore on television...

It is a true extravaganza, enjoyable for both kids and adults -- and this probably doesn't come as much of a surprise. You know Disney's not going to put its name on something that's not spectacular! The latest Disney on Ice show is called '100 Years of Magic' and it's coming to Nashville's Bridgestone Arena October 6-9....

I would never have known that Edy's Slow Churned Shakes and Smoothies existed if I hadn't been asked to try them out as part of a BlogHer review. In a nutshell, they are individual-sized cups that you can find in the freezer section at the grocery. Staying active is a priority for me. As the primary caretaker of two small children, I need to have the energy to do my job well. But with all the demands on my time, it's hard to carve out an hour each day for exercise. I've attacked this problem by making an effort to go to the YMCA every single day and work out on the elliptical for an hour. This is also my reading time, which is my personal incentive to work...
