Looking for a special breakfast or brunch dish, or perhaps a sweet treat for your kids on a cold winter day? Look no further. This recipe is one of my favorites, and while it’s very easy and inexpensive to make, it tastes like it came straight from a gourmet bakery. We had it on Christmas morning after opening presents. Mmmmmmm.
INGREDIENTS
DIRECTIONS
-Heat brown sugar, butter, almond extract in microwave for one minute. Stir until blended, microwave one minute more, or until bubbly.
-Arrange frozen rolls in lightly greased bundt pan. Drizzle sugar mix evently over rolls, sprinkle with pudding mix and almonds. Cover loosely with plastic wrap and let stand at room temperature for three hours.
-Bake uncovered on lower oven rack at 350 degrees for 30-35 minutes. Remove from oven and let stand ten minutes.
-Invert pan onto a lightly greased plate. Serve warm.
Enjoy!

How much almond extract? I didn’t see it in the ingredients. Looks yummy!
Argh, thanks for the spot! I added it to the ingredients- It’s 1/2 teaspoon. 🙂
